Terms of business

Reservations

We recommend booking in advance. A credit card number is required to secure your appointment. Hotel guests can call extension 3559.

Arrival

Please check in at reception at least 15 minutes before your appointment. The last service is booked one hour before closing time.

Cancellation

Appointments must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 3 hours’ notice are charged at 50%, and no-shows at the full price.

Payment

We accept cash and Mastercard, Maestro and Visa cards. All prices include VAT.

Refunds

Treatments, packages, products and memberships cannot be refunded, transferred or exchanged once purchased.

Amenities

A robe, slippers, toiletries and refreshments are provided.

Age

Guests aged 16 and over are welcome.

Health

Guests with high blood pressure, heart conditions, pregnancy or other medical conditions are advised to consult their doctor before visiting.
