What we collect and why
When you send an inquiry, we receive your name, e-mail address and, if you enter them, your phone number, preferred service, date and message. We use this data only to reply to your inquiry and arrange an appointment. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form.
How long we keep it
Inquiries are kept for up to 12 months, unless a longer period is required by law (for example for invoicing).
Cookies and third parties
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served from our own server, so no data is sent to third parties when you browse. Links to Instagram, Facebook and Google Maps open those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to the e-mail address above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP).
